2 miles on the snow this morning. Only 6 degrees out, but sunny and beautiful with the frost shimmering on everything.

107mph storms have hit, four people have been killed sadly. The worst of it is a long way from where I live though. I had a fence panel blow out last night so I'll be fixing that on my day off on Wednesday.

rained all night. stopped this morning but far too much ice on the trails still. More rain coming over night and Saturday.

Rained all day yesterday before turning to a couple inches of a snow. The mountain trails will be a mess so I guess I'll just get in a short workout on the flat river trail.

I'm upping the cardio, I've done a couple of HIIT workouts indoors and went for a very brief, very cold job at the weekend. I'm definitely planning to start running properly in the near future.
