Oh, I agree. Greed is probably the problem though. Nobody wants a small, sustainable product/company. They want to go broke trying to ride the latest wave until it breaks.

I think you're right, no one is really interested in the next 5-10 years, it's all about what can make them their fortune in 6-12 months, then they'll bin it off and move onto the next thing.

The unrealistic demand for endless growth has always been a pitfall of capitalism. Enough is never enough. They always want to have it all. Of course there is whole other breed of vulture waiting to profit for the inevitable crash.

Good news. I did a search for "The Gungan Council" on google and this message board is now up to the second ranked site on the page (behind only Wookieepedia.) This should improve our chances with former members feeling nostalgic.
