I've been on the indoor bike already this morning. Followed that up with some stretching, foam rolling and some basic bodyweight exercises. Just waiting for the sun to come up so I can hit the local trails for my run.
I've just got back off a little break so tomorrow it begins in earnest. The trip involved a lot of walking and cycling, but also a lot of alcohol and eating!
May be a sizeable snow storm coming this weekend. If its deep enough I'm looking forward to a snowshoe run/hike. Otherwise, I'll be happy to have some snow cover up the mud for awhile. But hopefully it doesn't overstay it's welcome and turn to ice. I'd rather not be forced to go road running.
Haven't kickstarted the cardio yet but I'm on a three-day streak of doing two pretty tough 10-minute muscle workouts a day, one in the morning, one in the evening.
