I only just broke the 50km mark for March, which considering I managed over 100km in February isn't great. But I have been doing some daily workouts. One issue with that is I've experienced a wrist issue, when I put any weight on either wrist I get a searing pain. I thought it might be carpal tunnel or repetitive strain injury from working at a desk, but I've realised it's actually the press up regime I've been doing. So I'm reevaluating that side of my workout and I've dusted out my barbell. Nothing major, it's only 16kg plus the weight of the bar itself, but it allows me to do some muscle workouts without wrecking my wrists.
