I did my lunchtime run, just shy of 5.5km. Knee gave me a bit of discomfort, it's not going away. I'm sure it was that bloody treadmill. I can bang out a 5km without an issue but it's definitely deterring me from longer runs. I was managing 12km plus before this.
I'll be cycling 3km plus home later, so all in all a good day. I did drink a can of coke and had a chocolate bar for lunch though, so need to sort the diet alongside keeping up the cardio.
