My life is cardio. But I always have trouble sticking with the strength exercises as well as stretching. When I'm out of shape and just attempting to get going again I tend to do well as far as strength stuff, but just as soon as my mileage gets going I basically end up ONLY running and hiking and nothing else. I don't do balance well. I'm a man of excess.
5 miles in the fog this morning. The leaves are beginning to change. The forest is looking beautiful. I should probably charge up on stills camera and get some shots.
