I've started to get into the strength exercises but not the cardio this week. I've been doing some sit ups and push ups daily for the last three or four days, as well as some barbell work in the garden. Not much, but the plan is to ease my way into it.
I've had opportunities to go for a run but am really struggling for motivation. With the weather worsening, I worry that if I can't drag my ass out at the moment, when will I?!
