I have at least started to get into the habit of doing daily press ups and sit ups. There is a charity encouraging people to do a sponsored 100 press ups a day in November. I won't bother with the sponsorship side of things but might join in with the 100 press ups a day throughout the month.
I need to get the cardio going though. Today won't help as I'm off to the annual beer festival. Just lining my stomach with a Scotch before I jump on an e-bike (we have a network of stations where you can collect and drop off bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters for a charge, costs me about £2.20/$3 to get into the city and saves me about 15 minutes if I walked) to head into the city centre.
